NMHA is the country's oldest and largest nonprofit organization addressing all aspects of mental health and mental illness. Their site offers a resource center, an online community, and discussion boards.

Click onto Health Information and then Medline/PubMed. PubMed is a service of the National Library of Medicine and provides access to over 11 million citations from MEDLINE and additional life science journals.

Surgeon General Reports
The Office of the Surgeon General, under the direction of the Surgeon General, oversees the 6,000-member Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service and provides support for the Surgeon General in the accomplishment of his other duties.
