The three founding partners, Dot Feldman, LCSW, MBA, Kay Grask, LCSW and Tony Berardi, Ph.D. remain actively involved in New Avenues and work to ensure that the quality, values and service levels of their original company are maintained and improved as New Avenues expands. Michael Carr; MBA, joined the partnership in 2000, bringing expertise in human resource management.
